GiftDoors® is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging.
  • Online Paid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 4-7 working days for non-customized orders and 8-30 working days for customized orders from the date of dispatch. Exact details can be found on the respective product detail page.
  • All COD orders are first confirmed via our team and then dispatched the same or the next working day.
  • We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays during normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery, etc.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but can not guarantee the same. 
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units? 

  • There is no shipping charge for online paid orders within India.
  • The shipping charge is fixed irrespective of the number of products in your cart. 
  • Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, we're fully GST compliant.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Typically it takes 15-25 days days for miniatures to be delivered, please message us for any query.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for areas falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centers.
The time frame for order from dispatch date:
  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-5 working days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 working days.


What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team on whatsapp mentioning your Order ID
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
